The website in recent times have become attractive and alluring than earlier ones. Everyone is trying to push their way to build a killer website. Many companies are making great business with their web-product and many traditional and conventional websites are struggling to keep up their websites.
There are separate schools of thought for
website development. According to some school of thought, a set framework is used to build their website. This framework depends mostly on the code and using out-of the box page devices and mechanism. Other school of thought depends on the ideas coming from conventional designs of the web. It relies mostly on HTML tags, which do not entertain the enhanced scripting techniques.
But many of the developers follow only one from these systems and accordingly the skill factor gets divided. Developers mostly react to these systems with which they are more comfortable. But both the systems have their bad points and good points and if the good points from both the schools can be developed then a developer can benefit from them but usually the developers fail to notice it.
Frameworks can have a clean and better codes and web approach can have a comfortable working facility. If both these factors are enhanced in these different schools of thought, then
website development will be a much easier task. But bad side of both the schools are that they may lead to products which are hard to maintain and difficult to access or it may be located in a different language. This certainly is not a good thing for the user.
The frame work approach, works on
web development with higher programming language like Java or C++ for rich clients only, which is not a good idea at all, as the
web development operates with the client-side hardware as well as software. The idea should be to optimize for the user’s benefit, and not for the developers.
Web standard approach on the other hand is easier for the people who want to make things easier for them and are not at all interested in other details. Actually while developing a web we try to achieve our requirement timely and within our fixed budget. We also have to look at the browser limitation. In spite of all these constrains, we should look into the matters as what the application should offer the user. If the user benefit, we too benefit.
