3. Restructuring of team- Many companies incorporate a brief description about their teams in their promotional materials. In case the team undergoes any change, modifying the materials will be a good idea.
4. New target clients- Clients play a crucial role in creating brand identity of a company. Therefore, if you are planning to target a different audience, you need to modify your promotional materials. Remember, if you decide to retain the old materials, your new clients may fail to identify with the company.
5. Introduction of additional services- Many companies, after a certain point of time, may desire to introduce additional services. In such a situation, modification of promotional materials can be a great idea. This strategy will create awareness about the new services amongst the target audience.
